Dear love ones, Glendis and Shelley:
I am sorry I didn't get to see you today, my thoughts and prayers have been with you. I am thankful your mother is now with the Lord Jesus Christ and all of her other loved ones. She was only two years older than I and I look forward to when the Lord calls me home. In the meantime I continue to sing in the choir at church. So many of the songs that we sing, I often think of dear Mrs. Bearden having first learned them through her.. I would like to hear from each of you. I have many fond memories of your mother and I each raising our children at the same time. Shelley, I love hearing the name, Bearden, and knowing you and yours still live in this area. Glendis, I have thought, lovingly, of you real often through the years and wondered how you are.
