Charles Lawrence Todd

Charles Lawrence Todd, age 76, passed away on October 8, 2018.

Charles was born on March 8, 1942 to Frank and Martha Kee Todd.

In June of 1967 he married, Suzanne Kersey. Charles moved to Rabun County in 1977 where he worked as a Physician’s Assistant with Dr. John Fowler and Dr. Richard Turner. He was educated at the West Georgia College (BA Math), La Grange College (BA Chemistry), Medical College of Georgia (BS PA), North Georgia College (MS Education), American University of Caribbean (MD).

Charles was a Christian and was a member of the Battle Branch Baptist Church.

He is survived by his loving wife, Suzanne Kersey Todd; his two sisters, Marie Hipp (Late Calvin Hipp), of Rabun Gap and Dacula, Georgia, Jane Wright (Ron Wright), of Ellijay, Georgia, six nieces and nephews, and eleven great-nieces and great nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends on Saturday October 13, 2018 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday October 13, 2018 at Battle Branch Baptist Church at 11:00 am with Rev. Madison McCrackin and  Jordan Coalley officiating.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the church or charity of your choice in memory of Charles.
