Bertha Marie Young Littrell, age 90, of Tate City, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her family on. February 13, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Mae Guffie Young.

Bertha enjoyed fishing, traveling, beauty shop days, and eating out. She also loved family cookouts.

In addition to her parents, Bertha was also preceded in death by her husband George Littrell, son Stanley "Jap" Littrell and sister Dixie Bramblett.

She is survived by sons Tony, Randy, Bobby, Jerry and Bo (Revonda) Littrell; daughters Shirley Schaut (Ken), Debbie Watkins (Troy), and Virginia Stewart ( Shane); brothers James and William Young; sister Dorothy Greer; as well as numerous beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive friends 6:00pm-8:00pm Thursday, February 15, 2024 at Beck Funeral Home. The service will be held 1:00pm  Friday, February 16, 2024 in the Beck Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in Tate City Cemetery.
