Betty Anne Chesnut Griffin of Lakemont, GA passed away December 29, 2018.

Her Celebration of Life Service will be held at Clayton First United Methodist Church's Family Life Center located at 205 Ministry Mountain Dr., Clayton, GA  March 9, 2019.  Family and friends will gather at 1:30 for visitation before the service at 3:00 p.m..

Betty Anne grew up in Atlanta and enjoyed a lifetime of memories on Lake Rabun.

She is predeceased by her husband Norwood Griffin Jr. and parents Robert Clifford & Dorothy Claire Spratt Chesnut.

She is survived by her daughter and son in law Claire & Craig Leming and son and daughter in law Bill & Sandi Griffin, grandchildren Matthew & Nicole Griffin, Will & Ashley Griffin, Jessica & Nick McGhee and Melissa & Charlie Boles, five great grandchildren, as well as by her sister Meredith Chesnut Bell and her children and grandchildren.

She was a member of the Clayton Presbyterian Church and Lake Rabun Association.
