Helen Moore Nichols, age 88, passed away at her home in Tiger, Georgia, on November 6, 2017.

She was the daughter of the late John Jefferson Moore and Betty Savannah Woodall Moore. Betty Helen was a member of the Baptist faith, and was a member of Caver's Chapel Baptist Church for many years.

Helen enjoyed being with her family and working on puzzles together. She would frame them and liked to give them away as presents, to family and friends. She loved flowers, and being with her friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Richard L. Nichols, three brothers; Judson Moore, Frank Moore, John Dover Moore; two sisters, Gennie Bell Tyler, Savannah Tyler.

A number of nieces and nephews, as well as, great-nieces and nephews survive her.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday November 8, 2017 at  Beck Funeral Home from 6-8 pm.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday November, 9, 2017 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of the Beck Funeral Home with Rev. Allen Webb officiating.

Interment will follow in Rabun Memory Park in Tiger, Georgia.
