Bille Jo Brooks Phillips, age 69, of Clayton, passed away on Thursday February 16, 2017.

Bille was a longtime resident of Rome, Georgia and had recently relocated to the north Georgia mountains. Professionally she had worked at the Waffle House, and enjoyed her job there. She loved being with her family, and spending time with her cat Flex. Bille was a loving mother, and grandmother, and was known for always helping her friends and family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, George Brooks and Charlotte Watson.

She leaves behind one daughter, Juanita Wilson and J.P of Clayton; one brother, Buddy Brooks , of Bulls Head, Arizona; two sisters, Margret Galbreath, of Wichita, Kansas, Jody Carter, of Kansas City, Kansas; two grandchildren, Jackie Massey Jr., of Rome, Georgia, Scott Massey, of Clayton; one great-grandchild, Grady Massey, of Trion, Georgia.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday February, 18 2017 at Radio Springs Baptist Church 2205 Horseleg Creek Road Rome, GA 30165.
