Burrell Alan Young, age 68, of Clayton, Georgia, passed away on December 15, 2020.

Alan was born the son of the late Burrell Young and the late Carrie Belle Henslee Young on November 13, 1952. Burrell enjoyed singing and making people laugh. In his professional life Alan worked at North Georgia Technical College for around fifteen years in the computer lab as a media specialist. He was a loving uncle to all of his nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by, one brother, Gary Franklin Young and one sister, Carol Young Thomas.

He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Beck Young, of the Home; one brother in law, Cary Thomas; his nieces and nephews, Christine Thomas Rymer (Jeff), Matthew Thomas (Jessica), Marc Thomas, Adam Young.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
