Daniele Penland age 37, passed away on October 13, 2024. She was the daughter of Joel Cragg and Jennifer Johnson.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband Joe Penland, sister Samantha Cragg, and her six cats.

Daniele graduated from Rabun County High School, after graduation she attended North Georgia College and State University and obtained a bachelor's of science. She later attended Valdosta State University and obtained her masters of education and specialist of education.

She began working at Rabun County High School, and she left a positive impact on all of her students.

The family will receive friends on October 27, 2024 from 1:00pm until 3:00pm at the Rabun County High Schools Fine Arts Building with a Celebration of Life Service to follow with John Jowers and Bryan Getty officiating.
