Edward George Theobald, age 68, of Lakemont, Georgia passed away January 23, 2021 at north east Georgia medical center.

Ed was born in Kansas City the son of the late Elmer George Theobald and the late Shirley Louise Noll Theobald.

Ed was of the Christian faith. He was a Georgia Tech Graduate and an avid Atlanta sports fan Braves and Falcons.

He is survived by his loving wife Mary Frances Scanlan Theobald of the home; one son, David Theobald of Los Angeles, CA; one daughter, Corine Theobald Parker (Adam) of Decatur, GA; one sister Nancy Theobald Burrow of Atlanta, GA; two grandchildren, Bonnie and William.

The family will have a service at a later date.
