Franklin Duncan Martin known as Frank passed away on April 5, 2024.  He is preceded in death by his parents the late Franklin Duncan Martin and late Izorah Whitmire.

He is survived by his loving wife Lou Williams Martin; one step son Robert Waymire.

Frank worked as an electrical engineer for many years. He worked for PanAm Air, IBM, and NASA.  In his free time he enjoyed dancing. Frank won a few dance competitions.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday April 7, 2024 at 4:00PM at Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
