John "Jack" Edward Wright, age 78, of Clayton, GA passed away with family at his side.

Jack was born in Gainesville, GA the son of the late Asbury Dukes Wright Sr. and Miriam Newbury Wright. He enjoyed Church where he enjoyed attending. He enjoyed quiet time in bible study and reflecting with the Lord. Jack enjoyed taking hikes in the mountains with his dog Sunny, liked spending time at the beach, and loved gardening.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother Dr. A.D. Wright Jr.; three sisters Tubby Robinson, Betty Ann Golden, Martha Lee Gowder.

Two brothers, Dr. James Robert Wright, Franklin Perry Wright and a number of nieces and nephews also, survive Jack.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday Janurary 12, 2019 at the Beck Funeral Home at 4:00 pm with Rev. Brian Grizzle officiating.
