Obituary

John Bailey Singer, age 24, of Clayton, Georgia passed away on January 10, 2022.

John was a 2015 graduate of Rabun County High School, where he was involved in the football and wrestling programs. John then went on to serve in the United States Marine Corps. He loved sports and old cars. He was a kind person, who loved his siblings. He was always Cherokee's personal body guard.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Louise Holt Ramey and Vernice Ramey; his grandfather, John Singer; one brother, Michael Ramey.

His survivors include his birth mother, Margalena Remington (John); his parents, Johnny and Linda Ramey; his grandmother, Mary Bacon Singer; two brothers, David Singer, Dalton Ramey; four sisters, Cherokee Perkins, Whitney Ramey, Rainny Patterson, Isabella Ramey, all of Clayton, Georgia.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday January 15, 2022 in the Chapel of the Beck Funeral Home at 11:00 am, with Rev. Joel Winchester officiating.

The committal will follow the service at Rabun Memory Park Cemetery in Tiger, Georgia with Rev. Brian Alexander officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations should be made in John's memory to Beck Funeral Home P.O. Box 326 Clayton, GA 30525 or to The Place of Hope C/O Clayton Baptist Church 87 S. Church Street Clayton, GA 30525.
