Josephine "Jo" Norton, age 93 of Clayton, Georgia passed away on August 28, 2022.

Jo was born the daughter of the late Walter Norton and the late Nellie Battle Norton in 1928. In her professional life she worked as a book keeper for Acme Sales.

Jo was a Christian and a member of the Episcopalian faith. She loved working in her yard, spending time tending to her garden. She loved animals, walking, and going to the health spa.

In addition to her parents, her son, Mike Wall, preceded her in death.

Her survivors include her son, John Wall, of Atlanta, Georgia; her sister, Frances Knight, of Jacksonville, Florida; her grandchild, Angelia Chun; two great-grandchildren, Kokeo Chun and Aloha Ana Chun; nieces, Robin Knight, Karen Knight; Nephews, Alan Norton (Debbie); several cousins also survive.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday September 2, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Beck Funeral Home in Clayton, Georgia with McKinley Pate officiating.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Rabun County Disabled American Vets.
