Joshua Michael Addis, age 39, of Tiger, Georgia, passed away on December 9, 2020.

Joshua was born the son of Clarence Michael "Mike" Addis and Richard "Richie" Meta Henslee Bailey on June 8, 1981. In his professional life he worked as the general manager of the Lake Rabun Hotel and was employed there for twelve years. Joshua always enjoyed fishing, music and dancing and never met a stranger. He always enjoyed talking with anyone he came into contact with.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Amber Grace Addis.

His survivors include his parents, Clarence Michael Addis "Mike", of Lakemont, Georgia and Richard "Richie" Henslee Bailey (Tony) of Clayton, Georgia; his stepfather of seven years, Whitey Birchfield; two brothers, David Chapman and Josh Chapman; his special cousins and friends, Charlie Ivester and Brittany Conner.

A graveside service will be held on Friday December 18, 2020 at the Head of Tennessee Baptist Church Cemetery in Dillard, Georgia at 2:00 pm.

Joshua will lay in state at the Beck Funeral Home on Thursday December 17, 2020 from 12:00 pm until 5:00pm with a limited capacity allowed inside.
