Larry Keener, age, 84 of Rabun Gap, Ga passed away peacefully with his family by his side. He was born February 11, 1935 the son of the late George Abraham Lincoln Keener, and Nellie Mae Campbell Keener. He is also preceded in death by one brother Kermit Keener.

He is survived by his loving wife Azzalee Keener. Also surviving are son Wendall (Lisa) Keener, daughter Pam (Michael) Lee, two sister Susan (Wayne) Gordon, and Shirley (Albert) Beck, one grandchild Natasha (Ryan) Newsome, and one great grandchild Honey Faith Newsome.

Larry was a member of Wolffork Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

The family will receive friends on Saturday March 9, 2019 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at the Beck Funeral Home.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday March 9, 2019 at 2:00PM at the Beck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeff Houston officiating. The family asks in lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN  38105.
