Marsha McKay Romero, age 65 passed away on July 11, 2026. Marsha was born January 20, 1961 in Clayton, Georgia to her mother, Betty C. Woodall McKay Ezzard and her father, the late Frank McKay.

Marsha was a free-spirited soul whose kind heart and adventurous nature touched the lives of those who knew her. A member of Camp Creek Baptist Church, she found joy in both her faith and the beauty of God's creation. She loved spending time camping and fishing; embracing every opportunity to be outdoors. Marsha had a special compassion for animals and often found herself rescuing those in need. Although she had no children of her own, she loved her nieces and nephews as if they were her own, showering them with unwavering love, encouragement, and cherished memories. Her generous heart, independent spirit, and deep love for her family will always be remembered.

In addition to her father, Marsha is preceded in death by her husband, Rolondo Romero.

Marsha is survived by her mother, Betty Ezzard; brothers, Joey McKay and Ronnie McKay; nieces, Melynda Hensley, Melyssa McKay, Morgan McKay, and Riley McKay; nephews, Jourdan McKay, Chauncey McKay, and Conley McKay; as well as eight great-nieces and nephews.

A receiving of family and friends will take place on Monday, July 13, 2026 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at Beck Funeral Home with a service following at 2:00pm in the Beck Funeral Home Chapel.
