Robert Alan Trombley, age 71, of Lakemont, Georgia passed away on March 22, 2018.

Robert was the son of the late Clifford and Ruth Trombley, and he was born in St. Augustine on September 24, 1946.

Robert was a member of our armed forces and served in the Navy for twenty years, serving two tours in the Vietnam War, he retired with the rank of Chief Petty Officer. Robert was a Mason, and member of the Rabun Gap Lodge, he was a loving husband and father who enjoyed fishing, camping, and being outdoors.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Frank Trombley, David Trombley, and Donald Trombley.

He is survived by his loving wife Karen Trombley of the home and a son, Trevor Trombley of Cumming GA.

The family will have a service at Bethel Baptist Church in Tiger, GA on Monday March 26, 2018 at 2:00 PM. They will receive friends an hour prior to the service.
