Sara Jean (Welch) Harrison, age 81 of Tiger, Georgia passed away June 11, 2025 with her loving children by her side. She is survived by her two sons, Mark Harrison and Sean Harrison; and sisters, Cyntha Welch and Elise Welch Eller.

Sara is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Harvey "Sonny" Harrison; parents, Bill Welch and Irene McCloud Welch; siblings, FD Welch, Beadie Welch, Red Welch, Wayne Welch, Kenneth Welch, JB Welch, Frankie Welch, and Marie Welch Wood.

Sara was someone who loved her family; they were everything to her. She liked cooking meals for the people she loved. Sara enjoyed the outdoors whether it was hunting and fishing or sipping her morning coffee on the front porch. She spent her life taking care of the people she loved. She defended her family with great passion.

A visitation will be held 6:00pm-8:00pm Monday, June 16, 2025 at Beck Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place at 11:00am Tuesday, June 17, 2025 in the Beck Funeral Home Chapel with the burial following at Welch Family Cemetery.
