Obituary

Tommy Clark Beasley, passed away on January 30, 2023. Tommy was the son of the late Bartlett Sumpter Beasley and Mary Mertie Young Beasley. He is also preceded in death by his loving wife, Jo Anne Beard Beasley, one brother, Edward Beasley, one sister, Mary Geraldine Dury; one sister in law, Vera and one niece, Alethia McDaniel.

Tommy was a rock hound and collector he sliced facetted and polished.. He was an animal lover he enjoyed all farm animals in addition to his love for animals he also loved to garden. He enjoyed going to Cherokee North Carolina. Tommy attended Glynn Academy and then furthered his education at Devry University. He worked at Scientific Atlanta and was also in the Pecan Business as a whole seller and owned Monticello Pecan. Tommy proudly served his county in the United States Army.

He is survived by two brothers, William "Billy" Clayton Beasley of Hortense, GA; Maurice Odell Beasley (Faye) of Franklin, NC; two nieces, Julee Smith Beasley, Amy Flowers, many great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to your local humane society in memory of Tommy Beasley.

The family will be having a service at a later date.
