Tracy Diann Talley, age 48, of Otto, North Carolina passed away after a long illness, on January 28, 2019.

Tracy was born on August 12, 1970 in Franklin, North Carolina.

She was a loving mother and sister and Nana.

Her mother, Mary Josephine Conley Talley Grant and her nephew, Chris Talley, preceded her in death.

Her survivors include her father, Garnell Talley (Pam), of Chatsworth, Georgia; her son, Weston Welch (Bailey), of Otto, North Carolina; Her sisters, Pam Hentschel (Rolf), of Vero Beach, Florida, Patti Thomas (Karl), of Otto, North Carolina, Robin Talley, of Otto, North Carolina; her nephews, Dustin Bayles, P.J. Bayles; and her grandson Haven who was the light of her life.

The family will receive friends on Saturday Feburary 2, 2019 at the Beck Funeral Home from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday Feburary 2, 2019 in the Chapel of the Beck Funeral Home at 6:00 pm with Rev. James Pendrey officiating.
