Glenda Charlyne Dailey, age 73, of Rabun Gap, Georgia passed away on March 31, 2024.
Charlyne was born in Clayton, Georgia on April 30, 1950 to the late Glenn Edward Hopper and late Hilda M. Mitchell. She was a textile worker for Hanes.
Charlyne enjoyed doing crafts, making jewelry and going to the thrift store. She especially loved her grandchildren, great-grandson and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, Charlyne is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Dailey; and children, Charlie Dailey and Tammy Dailey Bradley.
Charlyne is survived by her son, Dan Kenneth Dailey; brothers, Rocky Hopper (Elizabeth) and Elmer Hopper (Gayla); grandchildren, Olivia Oakes (Dillon), Jensen Bradley, Isaac Oakes, and Kendall Dailey; and great-grandchildren, Dutton Taylor, Zoeie Taylor and Easton Taylor.
A service will be held to honor the life of Glenda Charlyne Dailey on April 12, 2024 at 1:00pm at Wolffork Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Beck Funeral Home to help with final expenses for Charlyne.
