Darlene Kay Glennon Carver, age 79 went home to be with her Lord and Savior on August 13, 2022, with her loving family by her side. She was born September 16, 1942, the daughter of the late John Glennon and Imogene Wade Glennon, and was also preceded in death by sister Janice White.
She is survived by her children Jim (Tori) Carver, Kimberly (Christian) Lovell, and Randy Carver, grandchildren Jim Bob (Sarah), Miranda, Grayson, Abbye, Shawn, and Mary, great grandchildren Perri, and Rebel.
Darlene was a loving mother, and grandmother. She was a faithful member of Camp Creek Baptist Church. In her professional career she worked as a dietician for many years at Mountain View Nursing Home in Clayton, Ga.
The family will receive friends Sunday, August 14, 2022 at Beck Funeral Home from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. A Funeral Service will be held Monday August 15, 2022 at 2:00pm in the Beck Funeral Home Chapel Clayton, GA, with Rev. Jim Carver officiating. Interment will follow in the Camp Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
