Debra Pickett Norton, age 67, passed away January 5, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Frances and Clarence Pickett. She was also preceded in death by her husband Alan Norton.

She is survived by her daughter Crystal Oberholtzer of Clayton, Ga., sons Alan Craig Norton Jr. Jacksonville Fla., Davis Alexander Norton of Jacksonville, two brothers Edward Pickett, and Bud Pickett, one sister Connie Pickett, and four grandchildren.

Debra loved her family especially her grandchildren. She loved gardening, going thrift shopping and watching movies with her husband. She was a Sunday School Teacher at Clayton Baptist Church and at North Jacksonville Baptist Church.

No services are planned at this time. In lieu of flower donations may be made to Clayton Baptist Church 87 S. Church Street Clayton, Ga., 30525.
