Gretchen Rodgers Erbelding Conway Obituary

Gretchen Rodgers Erbelding Conway of Sky Valley, Georgia, passed away November 20, 2024, from complications of diabetes. She was the wife of Chris Conway. She was the daughter of the late Archbishop John Erbelding who served for sixteen years at the Chapel of Sky Valley where she was the church secretary and the daughter of Susan W. Erbelding of Dillard, Georgia. She was the sister of Elizabeth Erbelding Richwine (husband Jamie Richwine) of New Philadelphia, Ohio, and the sister of John R. Erbelding most recently of Dillard, Georgia.

She graduated from Westminster Academy, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and was a certified massage therapist working at Palm Aire, Pompano Beach, Florida, and also in her father's chiropractic office. She was also a certified veterinary assistant.

She was loved so much in everything she did and will be missed by all who knew her.                

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday December 14th at 2:00pm at the Chapel of Sky Valley. Donations in her memory should be made to the Chapel of Sky Valley, 817 Sky Valley Way, #8, Sky Valley, Georgia 30537 or the Sid Weber Memorial Cancer Fund, P. O. Box 485, Rabun Gap, Georgia 30568 which her father started.
