Isabella Claire Higgins, the infant daughter of Justin Higgins and Elisha Ramey Higgins went to be in the presence of the Lord, on October 15, 2022.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Gail Thompson Ramey; her great-grandfather, Joe Higgins; her great-grandparents, Carrie and Joe Thompson; Lloyd and Clara Mae Free Ramey.
In addition to her parents, she leaves behind her brother, Desmond Higgins; her grandparents, Edwin Ramey, Shari Collins (Randy), Joe Higgins (Regina), William and Geraldine Robbinson and Brenda Higgins.
The family will have a private service.
