Lewis “Louie” Duncan Burrell, age 41, of Rabun Gap, Georgia passed away on June 11, 2024.

Louie was born November 4, 1982 in Toccoa, Georgia to the late Wyle Raymond Burrell and the late Pamela Romaine Burrell. Louie spent his days working as a carpenter for Fountain Construction.

When he wasn’t at work, Louie enjoyed playing music; he could play any instrument he picked up. He also enjoyed playing softball, fishing and spending time with friends.

Louie is survived by his brother, Sean McGahee (Becky); aunt, Diane Burrell; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

A receiving of family and friends will be held 6:00pm-8:00pm on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at Beck Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Beck Funeral Home to help with the cost of final arrangements.
