Mary Ann (Stephan) Williams

Mary Ann Stephan Williams, age 93 of Tiger, Georgia passed away on November 22, 2021.

MaryAnn was born on November 18, 1928 in Oberlin, Ohio, the daughter of the late Louis B. Stephan and the late Dorothy Fuller Stephan. She graduated from Ohio State University and received her Masters from The University of S. Florida. She in the nursing profession for 40 years in Puerto Rico, Florida, Georgia, Saudi Arabia, and Thailand. Throughout her life she loved to travel, read, play bridge and interact with friends, old and new. She was a wonderful mother to her four children. She always loved her home on Betty Creek RD., which was like a piece of heaven to her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her three brothers, John D. Stephan, Lewis T. Stephan, Robert E. Stephan.

Her survivors include her sister Suzanne Carpenter ( John), of Cincinnati, OH, son, Andrew L. Williams (Marie), of Cumming, Georgia; her three daughters, Katherine W. Omer (John), of Mosier, OR,  Margaret Tumas, of Hood River, OR, Mary Elizabeth Walker (Dean) of Elizabethton, TN, eleven grandchildren,five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. 

A private family service will be held at a later date.
