Timothy Marcus Lovell, 65, of Lakemont, Georgia born April 1, 1958 passed away on December 22, 2023 at home surrounded by his family. On Friday morning the call was made from heaven and he reached and took hold of the hand of Jesus to make his journey to his forever home.

Tim was owner and operator of Lovell Builders. He was an amazing carpenter with great talent for making unique furniture. He had amazing ability to build log homes and beautiful furniture for the church. He loved working with his beehives and loved hunting and having his garden.

His last conversation was I see heaven now and I am ready to go home to see Jesus.

Tim loved his wife Lisa, his children, extended family, and church family.

Tim was the youngest son of the late E.B. Lovell and the late Laura Caudell Lovell. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Dewey Lovell, Tommy Lovell, and Roger Lovell.

He is survived by his loving wife Lisa Lovell; son, Corey Lovell of Tifton, Georgia; daughter , Nicole Lovell of Whitehouse, Tennessee; son, Luke Lovell of Lakemont, Georgia; Son, Logan Lovell of Lakemont, Georgia; daughter, Leah Giles (Johnny) of Athens Geogia; daughter, Hope Shaw (Tyler) of Lakemont, Georgia; son, Hunter Melton of Nicholson, Georgia and seven grandchildren. His is survived by two brothers, Ernest Lovell, Terrell Lovell (Tina) all of Lakemont, Georgia; three sisters, Eleanor Hopper, Cathy Lane, Sue Wykle (Eddie) all of Lakemont, Georgia a number of nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends Tuesday December 26, 2023 at Beck Funeral Home from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

A funeral service will be held will be held in the Chapel of Beck Funeral Home December 27, 2023 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Madison McCrackin, Janice Loggins officiating. Burial will follow in Rabun Memory Park.
