I worked with Annette at the newspaper for many years, she was a pleasure to be around, always making us laugh. She made our daily routine anything but ordinary. We lost touch after a few years and I've always wondered how she was enjoying her retirement. She will always hold a special place in my heart. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Doug, We want to let you and your family know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We know how you must be missing Annette. She was a very special lady. We had such good times together. She and I went to ceramics and movies in Athens. You and Glenn enjoyed talking about old cars and sharing stories about all your old Georgia Power Days!

Well all I can say is she surely will be missed alot,she was the sweetest lady. I will hold close to my heart last week when I went to see her at the hospital she said to me as I was leaving hey girl I love you. It really touched me I sure will miss her sweet smile. The angels are singing up there.

I had the pleasure of working with Annette many years ago at the Athens Banner Herald. I remember she was a serious Bulldawg fan and a dedicated worker - she was loyal and someone you could always count on. I would like to extend my deepest sympathies for your loss.

Doug and family, Frank and I were sorry to hear of Annette's passing. We know she is no longer in pain and with the Lord. May you find comfort in this and know your friends are thinking of you and praying for peace as you mourn your loved one.. She was a special lady that loved her family greatly and was a true DAWG.
